Our Story
We started ADDVantage Credit Union Staffing, and opened its door in 2002. We made our 1st Teller/MSR placement at Santa Ana Credit Union in California during July of that year. That year our new staffing company placed over 100 additional candidates in credit unions, and due to our growth, we expanded our office three times. Not only did we continue to place Tellers/MSRs that year, but we were well on our way placing a Summit Programmer Analyst, Sr. Loan Processors, Branch Managers and many more positions. We became well versed in all positions and departments of the credit union. Today we still place Tellers, but when it comes to credit unions, there is nothing we cannot do. From Tellers to Senior Management positions, our staffing company ranks high in the credit union industry with a reputation that fills positions with quality employees.
ADDVantage Credit Union Staffing, formerly known as ADDVantage Group Staffing, has grown and expanded since 2002, but we still remember our beginnings and the opportunities that were given to us by all the credit unions we have served over the years. Our goals are still to go above and beyond for our credit unions; just liked we did in 2002 when a Teller was short $200.00. My husband, children and I, who reside in Denver, Colorado, were on a one week vacation in California on Catalina Island (something we had never done and always wanted to do even though we had lived in California the majority of lives.) We received a phone call that one of our Tellers on assignment was short $200.00. This was a first for us, and without hesitation, I told my family I would be back by nightfall. I jumped on the Catalina Express Ferry, hopped in a car, and drove from the Long Beach port to our credit union customer with a check for $200.00. To this day, nothing has changed. We still cover shortages and will jump through hoops and onto ferry boats for our customers.

About Our Founder
Kerri began in the staffing industry in 1992 after a career with IBM. She started Paragon Technical Staffing in 1995, and in 1999 sold to a large national staffing firm. After several years, in 2002, Kerri and Joe started ADDVantage Credit Union Staffing to service credit unions across the nation.
