Our Process Is Easy As...

Call ADDvantage Credit Union Staffing and give us details about your position such as:

Collector, temp-to-hire, Symitar a plus, pay is $18.00 to $12.00 an hour, must speak Spanish and hours are Monday through Thursday 8:00am to 5:00pm and Friday from 9:00am to 6:00pm. Also, must have good credit such as no collections or charge-offs with some flexibility. Email resumes and we would like to interview candidates as soon as possible.

We submit resumes with full interview summaries, such as:

Resume submittal details as to why they left their positions, what they did between employment breaks, were they let go and why, what were their daily goals and did they achieve them, did they have any drawer shortages, did they receive awards, what are their short term goals for their future (such as school and school schedule, etc.)

You identify which candidates you would like us to set up for interviews and we schedule and coordinate with you based on your internal process.

Candidates are scheduled or interviewed at your convenience. When a candidate is chosen, we complete the background check such as criminal and any other requirements before they start (we process credit prior to interviews, and we run a full background once a candidate is chosen.) Once a candidate's background check is complete, we help coordinate the start date and all of the information regarding parking, dress code, timecards, or anything else we can do to help make the process easier for HR!

Candidate begins work!

We pay the candidate weekly and send an invoice to your designated department at the credit union. If the candidate performs successfully, you notify us when you will be converting the candidate. We allow clients to convert candidates at no additional charge after completing the agreed upon hours. If the candidate does not perform successfully, we can notify the candidate after work hours, or communicate with the candidate in whatever manner you prefer. If necessary, we will find a suitable replacement.

Part-Time Teller position

After submittal is emailed to our credit union HR contact, he/she may:

  1. Ask us to set up an interview with them, or instruct the the candidate to go to a particular branch to interview with the branch manager.
  2. Ask for more information such as did they have lending authority or how soon would they be able to start.
  3. Ask us to administer testing prior to an interview or to email the candidate's credit report to them.
  4. Pass on the candidate due to reasons such as the candidate being overqualified or because the branch manager has changed the request and wants someone fluent in Spanish.
